Ak365 platform's Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the ak365 platform (ak365.vu) and its services. ak365 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use ak365.

• These Terms and Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive.
• Ak365 reserves the right to suspend service to any user at any time, with or without cause.
• All information, content, and services provided on this platform are the intellectual property of ak365.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on ak365. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the law.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is created using false information, ak365 may close it at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Only one account may be opened per phone number.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same device or IP address.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. ak365 will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account by another person.
• A photo of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• If a user under the age of 18 is identified, their account will be closed immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on ak365 can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.

Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be made to a bank or mobile banking account registered in the same name used during sign-up — third-party accounts are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply. VIP members are entitled to higher limits.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, ak365 may temporarily place the withdrawal on hold for review.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is detected, the relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4 Betting Rules

All bets on ak365 are deducted from your account balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.

Bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be voided. Bets placed on clearly erroneous or inconsistent odds are also subject to cancellation.

• No new pre-match bets will be accepted once a match has kicked off.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Match results are verified through third-party sources approved by ak365.
• If fraud is detected on any bet, that bet and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Ak365 is not liable for bets being voided due to network delays during live betting.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer on ak365 comes with its own specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted those terms.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit, one time only. Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires 10x–30x wagering (varies by offer).
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or markets.
• Ak365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless stated otherwise.

6 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ak365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration using false or incorrect information
• Evidence of being an underage user
• Multiple Account Operation
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation
• Use of bots or automated software
• Match fixing or fraudulent activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions

Upon account closure, any valid withdrawable balance will generally be returned; however, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, used, and stored is described in our Privacy Policyas detailed. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Ak365 does not sell your information to third parties. However, data may be disclosed when required by law or regulatory authorities.

• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
• Data may be retained for legal purposes even after account deregistration.

8 Responsible Gaming

Ak365 believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction or financial harm. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Ak365 provides the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming:

• Deposit Limits (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Loss Limit — betting is automatically paused once a set loss threshold is reached
• Self-Exclusion — take a break for 24 hours, up to 6 months, or permanently
• Session Timer — automatic logout after a set period of time
• Reality Check — periodic reminders to take breaks

9 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, payment, or any other matter, please contact the ak365 support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of submitting a complaint to support.
• If a user is not satisfied with the support team's resolution, they may escalate the complaint to the licensing authority.
• The relevant account may be temporarily restricted while a dispute resolution is in progress.
• Where ak365's decision is not final, the ruling of the licensing authority shall be considered definitive.

10 Rule Changes & Effective Date

Ak365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may contact support to request account closure.

• This version is effective from January 2026.
• Previous versions will be automatically superseded.
• The date of each update will be noted at the top of the page.
